I emailed Norman before the final payment needed to be made & told him that 2 adults couldn’t make it & asked him to send me revised pricing. I also gave him the reason. My mother had an urgent hip replacement and couldn’t travel & my brother in law had just passed away due to cancer. Norman never responded. I sent a follow up email asking for a response but still never received one. I didn’t want to lose the booking so ended up paying for more than I should have. Very disappointing treatment.
